1. Are all of your products safe to use?

The products are generally safe to use. They are FDA registered and certified. Although we advice to follow the instructions and precautions as seen in the packaging especially with the use of sunscreen during the day. However, we still recommend doing a patch test. To do a patch test, simply apply a small amount of product on the face (preferably on your jawline). There should be no other products used on the skin so you can properly test for allergic reactions. Assess for any itch/redness that may occur after 30 minutes to an hour of application. Wait for another 24-48 hours for any reaction. If an allergic reaction occurs, immediately stop use and consult with a Physician.

2. Can pregnant/breastfeeding women use the products you sell?

Yes. Pregnant or Breastfeeding women can safely use Primo+Skin products. However, we recommend doing a patch test. 4. How long does your products take effect? (per SKU)

This depends on the consistency of usage and with some factors affecting our skin condition as well, like the weather, constant exposure to the sun, dirt, and dust. But with constant use, visible changes are seen in after 2 weeks.

5. Does Primo+Skin products have fragrance?

Yes, our products contain a minimal amount of fragrance just enough that it does not irritate the skin and provides a calm and soothing feeling upon application.

6. What skin types are suitable for your products?

Primo+Skin Hydro Glow line is suitable for all skin types. Our formulation is made to cater to Filipino skin and the Philippine’s climate with the use of safe and effective ingredients. Effects like skin brightening is achieved without the use of harsh chemicals since we are using Niacinamide or Vitamin b3 and deep moisturization is achieved with the use of Sodium Hyaluronic Acid which is effective for skin hydration.

7. What is Hyaluronic acid?

Hyaluronic Acid (HA) is one of the Active ingredients in our Primo+Skin Hydro Glow line products. It gives instant hydration that makes your skin healthier, smooth, and supple. It has an antioxidant substance that gives your skin a moisturized fresh glow and will also help in fighting premature aging.

8. What is Niacinamide?

Niacinamide, also known as Vitamin B3, is a powerful skin vitamin that helps increase the production of collagen. It brightens your skin and improves uneven skin tone. It helps build protein to keep your skin firm and healthy. It also helps in lightening dark spots, minimizing pores, fine lines and wrinkles.

12. How long is the shelf-life of your products?

For the Facial Wash 100ml, Toner 120ml, Moisturizer 50g, Body Lotion 300ml and Facial Sunscreen 50g they have a 2 year shelf-life from the manufacturing date while the Body Soap 135g has a 3 year shelf-life from the manufacturing date.

13. Where can I find expiration/manufacturing date?

For Primo+Skin Hydro Glow Soap and Moisturizer you can see the expiration and manufacturing date at the bottom portion. Primo+Skin Hydro Glow Body Lotion, Facial Wash, Toner and Facial Sunscreen are at the back portion of the packaging.

14. Where is Primo+Skin based?

Primo+Skin has offices in Cebu City, Cebu and in Quezon City, Manila.

Our products are manufactured in the Philippines while our ingredients are imported from different countries such as the Korea, Taiwan and Europe.

15. Are your products hypo-allergenic/dermatologist tested?

The products are generally safe to use and does not contain any harsh chemicals since we are using Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) to give that brightening effect, and Hyaluronic Acid for deep moisturization. Both active ingredients have been used and approved by Dermatologists. We also strongly advice to follow the instructions and precautions as seen in the packaging, especially with the use of sunscreen during the day.

19. Are your products safe for 18 year old’s and below?

Primo+Skin Hydro Glow Line is safe to use for ages 13 years old and above.

20. What is the percentage of Niacinamide in your products?

We apologize but we cannot disclose the percentage of Niacinamide for Primo+Skin Hydro Glow as this is proprietary information.

What we can tell you is that it is the safe percentage allowed by FDA that is deemed safe for skin application and can give the full benefits and effect of the ingredient.
